Paul Householder became our top executive in Fixed Operations in March, 2008. Prior to taking control of Fixed Operations for the entire dealership network, he served as the Service Manager for the group’s flagship store, the Al Serra Auto Plaza in Grand Blanc for more than a decade.

Under his leadership, the Al Serra Auto Plaza’s Service Department has always been ranked among the top in the nation for both customer satisfaction and profitability.
